Payment Methods
Credit cards, cheque, cash. All payments in advance.

Referral Scheme
One free session will be awarded per client introduced when they purchase a full course of classes (not including any introductory offers).

Purchase of Block Sessions
All sessions have an expiry date of 6 months from date of purchase, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice via telephone is required for all cancellations and re-schedules. In the event that notice is not received, one full session will be payable or a class will automatically be deducted from a block course.

Termination of Agreement
Synchronicity reserves the right to terminate a block of sessions at their discretion.
